This season, we invite you to discover the hidden tastes of Southern Thailand through Untold Flavors of Pakk Taii.
Inspired by Chef Mond’s journey across nearly 14 southern provinces,
this 8-course menu highlights rare and exceptional ingredients from local farmers, fishermen, and artisans—many of which remain
beautifully undiscovered.
