In Southern Thailand, where the seasons shift between summer and rain, nature dictates the rhythm of life and flavors.

Our Summer Menu is a tribute to the richness of the region—crafted with care, using the freshest seasonal produce, seafood from our coastal waters, and ingredients harvested at their peak.

Beyond seasonality, we also take pride in showcasing OTOP (One Tambon One Product) from each Southern province, by working closely with local farmers, fishermen, and artisans, we ensure that every dish tells a story of the season, celebrating the authenticity and abundance of Southern Thai ingredients.
