Our menu is a tribute to the richness of the region—crafted with care, using the freshest seasonal produce, seafood from our coastal waters, and ingredients harvested at their peak.

Inspired by Chef Mond’s journey across nearly 14 southern provinces,
this 8-course menu highlights rare and exceptional ingredients from local farmers, fishermen, and artisans—many of which remain
beautifully undiscovered.
